Renting from us
What tenants pay, and nothing else.
Holding deposit
Up to one week’s rent, to take a home off the market while we check references. It comes off your first month’s rent.
Tenancy deposit
Up to five weeks’ rent, registered with a government-backed scheme within 30 days.
No other fees
We don’t charge tenants for references, admin or renewals. You pay the rent, the deposit and your bills.
